*Typically 20-25 images are delivered for a 1500 SF property with an additinal 3 to 5 for each additional 500 SF. Multiple views are captured of main rooms and large bedrooms as well as all of the exterior of the property including images of any views.  3D tour is hosted on the Zillow platform.  Other platform options are available at an additional cost.  Floor plans are delivered as high resolution images with and without room dimensions.  Dimensional accuracy is considered to be ~95%.
** Includes 7+ high resolution fully editing images of the property and the surrounding area.  For area views, a placemarker is added to show the property location.
*** Property websites are $250 for the first property to set up a custom template to meet your branding needs.  Additional property websites are $135 using the intial template.

Add-On Services

Aerial Photography - $225

Floor Plans - $80 up to 1500 SF

  • Includes Floor Plans with and without Dimensions (~95% dimensional accuracy)
  • Add $10 for each additional 500 SF

Floor plans are approximate sizes and are meant as a portrayal of the overall property layout.  Please allow 24 business hours to complete.

Twilight Photography - Starting At $325

  • Base pricing includes 3 fully edited photos and additional travel to the property within 10 miles of West Torrance.
  • Additional images may be purchased for $35 each.

Must be completed at dusk time with all lights inside home turned on. Maximum of 5 images due to sunset time constraints.  Additional travel fees apply for properties farther than 10 miles.

Virtual Twilight - $50/image

  • Magically convert day to night with virtual twilight editing

Only for exterior images.  Allow 36 business hours for completion.

Virtual Staging - $50/image

Stage Kitchens & Bathrooms for $45/image.  Allow 48 business hours for completion.

Custom Designed Landing Page Website - Starting at $135*

*1st tour per client requires $250 initial setup fee to create custom branding for website.  All additional tours are $135 each.
