Working with John was as much of a pleasure for me as it was for all these other reviewers. As someone who is notoriously camera-shy, I was quite nervous about approaching him to take some professional head shots of me for my publishing website, but John immediately put me at ease, first on the phone and then in person on the day when we met for the shoot. He talked to me the whole time, getting me to loosen up and even to laugh, and he was ultra-efficient and courteous. The end result was a series of five photos that I loved and that John worked very hard to adjust to my specifications. I am appreciative of his services and highly recommend him.

We had John take some photos of my husband and I with our 6 month old down at the beach. His photos turned out amazing! Even though Caleb wasn’t in the best mood, John was really patient with us and ended up capturing some really special moments of us together. I hired John for my 30th birthday in Hermosa Beach. He was AMAZING! We was at the party for 4 hours. We had a little above 30 people at the party but he found ways to capture the birthday so creatively and was so on top of everything that was happening, we ended up with over 400 wonderful photos! The lighting in the pictures was fantastic and he knew all the right angles to hit. I am also a corporate event planner and will now hire John for any events we do in Los Angeles!
When we approached John about photographing our wedding, we knew it was a big request. John packed his cameras and accepted the challenge to shoot a beach wedding in the hot and beautiful Riviera Maya. John actively shot every single moment of our wedding from the hair appointment (he stayed the entire time!) all the way to walking us back to our hotel room at the very end of the night. The amount of pictures, dedication, care, and heart we received from John as a photographer was something we could have never gotten from anyone else. His dedication did not stop there. He perfected each photograph and took extreme attention to detail once the wedding was over. We have absolutely gorgeous photos to treasure forever thanks to John’s hard work! 🙂
I wanted to capture some photos to celebrate one of my closest friend’s birthday. John came strongly recommended and I am delighted he got to take our photos.
